What equipment is used at Costa Rica’s call center?

Our PHONES and PBX are digital and we use two different carriers to insure a fully redundant phone service.

Our INTERNET consists of a fiber optic dedicated connection! This connection is underground and protected from all adverse weather. We have the capacity of 10 Megs of bandwidth should we need it.

Our BACKUP GENERATOR is capable of supplying full power to our entire infrastructure for as long as the outside power fails. The 45KV Propane Power Plant starts to supply stable power within 30 seconds of a power failure. The multiple UPS’s installed provide the power until the generator starts.

Our entire structure is totally secure and protected by 24 hour security and can be totally monitored over the internet from anywhere in the world.
